Meet Lizuca

Introducing Lizuca:
Lizuca went into foster in Suffolk on the 9th June 2025.
Here’s what her foster mum has to say:
Fostering Zuca has been an absolute joy. She’s one of those rare little dogs who leaves a lasting mark on your heart.
Zuca (short for Lizuca) is a small dog with a huge personality and the most beautiful soul. Zuca is calm and cuddly most of the time, but she’s bursting with cheeky sparkle and big personality. She’s completely stolen our hearts with her gentle nature and she makes us laugh with her lovable, mischievous little quirks.
She’s brilliant with our kids, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and fits so naturally into our family life. She’s fully house trained, relaxed when left alone, and has never been destructive, she just been a total dream to have around.
Zuca doesn’t need constant attention, but she loves to be near you. She’s affectionate, funny, easygoing, and endlessly loving.
We truly can’t fault her. She’s a really special little dog, the kind we will never forget and whoever gets to call her theirs will be incredibly lucky. We’ll miss her deeply, but we’re so excited for her to find the forever home she deserves.
Her Story
Lizuca was found abandoned in the area by the junkyard, a common place for dogs to be abandoned. It’s on the edge of town so too far for a dog to return home.
